À partir du 24 septembre 2022, 38 grands terrains de villégiature (6600 mètres carrés en moyenne) seront offerts par tirage au sort, à la population.  Ces terrains, dont la valeur marchande varie entre 5 000$ et 15 000$, sont offerts à un prix dérisoire variant de 581$ à 1 013$ par année.  Il n’y a pas de frais de notaire à payer.  Il n’y a pas de taxe de bienvenue à payer.  Il n’y a pas d’agent immobilier à payer.  En décembre 2022, la MRC contactera les gagnants du tirage pour qu’ils choisissent leur terrain.  La MRC collectera, chaque année, les loyers.  Ces 38 loyers s’ajouteront aux 600 baux de villégiature déjà gérés par la MRC.

Conditions pour participer au tirage :

  • Être âgée de 18 ans ou plus ;
  • Payer les frais d’inscription non remboursables de 33,34 $ (29 $ +TPS et TVQ) par code de tirage.

Les intéressés ont jusqu’au 30 octobre 2022 pour s’inscrire au tirage.

From September 24, 2022, 38 large vacation lots (± 6,600 square meters) will be offered by lottery to the population. These lots, whose market value varies between $ 5,000 and $ 15,000, are offered at a ridiculous low price ranging from 581$ to 1013$ per year. There are no notary fees to pay. There is no welcome tax to pay. There is no real estate agent to pay. In December 2022, the MRC will contact the winners of the draw to choose their lot. The MRC will collect the rents each year. These 38 rents will be added to the 600 resort leases already managed by the MRC.
