À partir du 15 octobre 2025, plusieurs grands terrains de villégiature (5 000 mètres carrés en moyenne) seront offerts par tirage au sort, à la population. Ces terrains, dont la valeur marchande varie de 25 000$ à 100 000$, sont offerts pour un loyer annuel variant de 876$ à 1 280$ par année. Il n’y a pas de frais de notaire à payer. Il n’y a pas de taxe de bienvenue à payer. Il n’y a pas d’agent immobilier à payer. Dans la 2e semaine de novembre, les personnes inscrites seront informées de leur rang par courriel. En novembre/décembre 2025, la MRC contactera les premiers noms sortis du tirage pour qu’ils choisissent leur terrain. La MRC collectera, chaque année, les loyers. Ces loyers s’ajouteront aux 600 baux de villégiature déjà gérés par la MRC.

From October 15, 2025, many large vacation lots (± 5 000 square meters) will be offered by lottery to the population. These lots, with a market value between 25 000$ and $100 000, are offered for an annual rent from 876$ to 1 280$ per year. There are no notary fees to pay. There is no welcome tax to pay. There is no real estate agent to pay. In the second week of November, registrants will be informed of their rank by e-mail. In November/December 2025, the MRC will contact the first names to emerge from the draw to choose their lot. The MRC will collect the rents each year. These rents will be added to the 600 resort leases already managed by the MRC.
